Screening
Impeccable track record, solid industry experience, technical competence and excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite to become part of Team Hanagrove. We carry out thorough screening of all the candidates through telephonic/ physical interviews and tests. This helps us to determine the candidates’ competency and ability to fulfill each others’ expectations. Candidates who clear the preliminary interview are short listed for technical screening. Technical screening would typically require written evaluation of communication and technical skills.
Evaluation
Once the preliminary/ technical screening is complete, candidates are required to submit the following documents for evaluation as per U.S. standards:
Educational documents for each fully or partially completed educational program to be evaluated showing the courses or subjects studied, the grades earned, and the hours of study or number of credits for each course.
Candidates are also required to send the certificate awarded upon successful completion of the credential (may be called a diploma, degree certificate, certificate, or other name depending on the country of origin). In addition, we also require candidates to provide proof of employment and verification of existing salaries (cost to company). We do not call the existing employers of our potential candidates without seeking their approval. Professional references (including from any previous employer) are required before any decision is made.
